2024 HUD NOFO and Local Timeline Released:
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has posted the 2024 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition.
Organizations must submit their new or renewal application with required attachments to cocnofo@tchelpspot.org by Friday, August 30 before 4pm. The local competition Request for Applications (RFA), new/renewal project applications, and budget attachment can be downloaded below.
All Applicants (new and returning) are required to attend a Mandatory Applicant Conference on 8/12/2024. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER HERE.

8/2/2024: FY24 Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFO) and local competition timeline posted to website and emailed to CoC
8/7/2024: Request for Applications (RFA) for new and renewal project applications published to website and emailed to CoC
8/12/2024: Mandatory Applicant Conference for all applicants (both new and renewing) interested in applying for funding in the FY24 HUD CoC Program competition
8/23/2024: Mandatory training for Review and Rank Committee
8/30/2024: Due date for Intent to Renew Forms and New Project Applications – Only forms and applications submitted by 4:00pm on 8/30/2024 will be considered.
9/3/2024: Applications and scoring tools provided to Review and Rank Committee (RRC)
9/11/2024: RRC preliminary scores due to TCHSC by 5:00pm
9/16/2024: Review and Rank Committee Meeting
9/20/2024: CoC Executive Committee Meeting to review and vote on RRC recommendations
9/20/2024: Applicants notified of project inclusion and ranks
9/24/2024: Appeals due by 4:00pm
9/26/2024: CoC Executive Committee final decisions on appeals; all project applicants notified
10/7/2024: Projects due by 4:00pm in e-snaps
10/11/2024: Deadlines for corrections in e-snaps in response to TCHSC feedback
10/25/2024: CoC Consolidated Application public posting
10/28/2024: CoC Consolidated Application submission to HUD
8/09/2024 - Mandatory Review and Ranking Committee Training was changed from 8/21/2024 to 08/23/2024.
