HP UPDATE - May 2024

This message is to inform our partners that we have currently exhausted all available funds designated specifically for homeless prevention assistance. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accept new calls for homeless prevention support at this time. Funding often is exhausted at this time and may refresh around the month of July. We will continue to offer rapid rehousing assistance as resources allow and continue to take referrals and calls for individuals who are literally homeless.

It is important to note that TCHSC will continue to provide both Homeless Prevention (HP) and Rapid Re-housing (RR) services to Veterans in need, through our Veteran Services program. We will keep you updated on the availability of future homeless prevention funds. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns on this matter.
