Indian River County
The Homeless Services Council owns 18 rental units through a partnership with Indian River County through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. 13 homes are designated to very low-income households (at or below 50% of AMI), 5 properties are designated to individuals at or below 120% of AMI. This program is for individuals who have sufficient income to maintain rent and utilities.
St. Lucie County
Homeless Services Council obtained an additional 12 affordable housing units through a partnership with St. Lucie County Community Services. All of these homes are available to individuals with very low income (at or below 50% of AMI). This program is for individuals with sufficient income to maintain rent and utilities.
