The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council, Inc. (TCHSC) administers the Homeless
Management Information System (HMIS).

Member agencies interested in using our HMIS system (Clienttrack) should contact us.

Members in the Continuum are encouraged to utilize the HMIS. It helps reduce duplication of
services and measures the effectiveness of our continuum to meet the needs of the homeless.

Agencies can utilize the HMIS System (ClientTrack) to measure the number of services provided and the effectiveness of their programs.
