The Homeless Services Council (HSC) annual report highlights accomplishments across the full CoC, as well as HSC specific information. Our success is achievable thanks outstanding community partners and continued support from our funders. When you support HSC, you are supporting lasting change across the Treasure Coast. Continuum of Care members are encouraged to submit content to be included in the annual report. We are seeking to include:
- Success Rates / Relevant Statistics /Numbers Served (based on finishing calendar year)
- Success Stories / Client Testimonials
- Big Wins (Finished a capital campaign, success of a new program, hit a new milestone, major gift appreciation)
