2025 HUD NOFO and Local Timeline Released:
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has posted the 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. Applications are available below.
Organizations must download, complete entirely, and submit their new or renewal application with required attachments by Saturday, December 13th at 5:00 PM. Applications submitted via email to cocnofo@tchelpspot.org. The local competition Request for Applications (RFA) can be downloaded below. Scoring tools will be posted shortly, please check back.
All Applicants (new and returning) are required to attend the Mandatory Applicant Conference on 12/03/2025. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. Attendance to this conference is tracked, you must have a representative from your organization attend to be able to apply.
For questions about the application or the 2025 CoC NOFO competition, please contact cocnofo@tchelpspot.org. Due to the extensive changes to this year's NOFO process, we request that you hold questions until after the mandatory conference which will provide training on the changes as well as on the new application process this year.

12/13/2025 - Project Applications due by 5:00 using the Project Application and Budget Spreadsheet forms posted on the website - submit to cocnofo@tchelpspot.org
1/03/2026 – Revised Project Applications due by 5:00 PM for applicants that submitted incorrectly complete applications
1/05/2026 - Project Applications distributed to RRC by 3:00 PM
1/08/2026 - RRC members submit preliminary scores to Lead Agency by 12:00 PM
1/09/2026 - Review and Rank Committee (RRC) meeting
1/12/2026 - CoC Executive Committee approval of project inclusion, ranks, and funding requests to be submitted to HUD
1/13/2026 - Project Applicants notified about project inclusion, ranks, and funding requests to be submitted to HUD by 5:00 PM
1/21/2026 - Project Applicants’ final revisions to Project Applications due in E-snaps by 5:00 PM
1/23/2026 - CoC Board approves application to be submitted to HUD; CoC Application posted to TCHSC website
1/26/2026 - Target for CoC’s submission to HUD - 10:00am
1/28/2026 - HUD’s Deadline for Submissions - 8:00 PM
