Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council is the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead agency for FL-509 Treasure Coast region of Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties.

The Community Information Network (CIN) is our HMIS system that allows partner agencies to collect and share data across a sophisticated network. Partner agencies are encouraged to utilize TCCIN for improved coordinated entry, case management, and referral processes.

Partner agencies can utilize the data in CIN to measure the effectiveness of their programs and create comprehensive reports.
