Continuum of Care Meeting

The Continuum of Care (CoC) hosts regular meetings to coordinate community efforts to prevent and end homelessness across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. Meetings occur on a recurring cycle and are conducted via Microsoft Teams, with calendar invitations distributed to CoC members. Individuals or organizations interested in participating should first complete the CoC membership form available here and may contact cocadmin@tchelpspot.org to request inclusion on future meeting invitations.
