Continuum of Care Annual Meeting

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Annual Meeting is held each December and brings together community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to reflect on the progress made over the past year in efforts to prevent and end homelessness across Indian River, St. Lucie, and Martin Counties. The meeting includes updates on CoC initiatives, recognition of key accomplishments, the election and re-election of Board members, and discussion of priorities and goals for the upcoming year. The location and theme for this year’s meeting are to be determined and will be updated on the calendar as the date approaches.
