Indian River County

The Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council has purchased 18 rental units through a partnership with Indian River County through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. 13 homes will be rented to very low income households (at or below 50% of AMI), 5 properties can be rented to individuals at or below 120% of AMI. This program is for individuals who have sufficient income to maintain rent and utilities.

St. Lucie County

Treasure Coast Homeless Services Council has obtained an additional 12 affordable housing units through a partnership with St. Lucie County Community Services. All of these homes are available to individuals with very low income (at or below 50% of AMI). This program is for individuals with sufficient income to maintain rent and utilities.
